Accessibility statement
Last updated 6 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use TenancyVaults, whatever their device, abilities or the way they use the web.
How accessible this site is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to:
- use every page with a keyboard alone, and see where you are on the page
- use a screen reader, such as VoiceOver, NVDA or JAWS
- zoom in to 200% without losing content
- read the site in light or dark mode
- turn off motion and animations by setting your device to reduce motion
How we check
Every page is tested automatically with axe when it changes, and each new part of the app is checked by keyboard. Colours are chosen to meet the contrast standard in both light and dark mode.
What we know isn’t fully accessible
- The evidence pack PDF is made for printing and uploading to your scheme. It may not work well with every screen reader. If you need it in another format, email us.
If something doesn’t work for you
Tell us at help@tenancyvaults.co.uk: what page you were on and what happened. We’ll reply within 5 working days, and help you get your evidence ready another way if we need to.
