Changed your mind after paying? Email us before your pack is generated and we’ll refund you in full.

Questions about the price
How much does TenancyVaults cost?
£49 per case, paid once when you build your evidence pack. Starting a case, uploading your evidence and seeing how each deduction stands are free.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for each case you build a pack for, and nothing renews.
When do I pay?
Only when you choose to build your pack, after you’ve seen the preview of your case. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, before your pack is generated: email help@tenancyvaults.co.uk and we’ll refund you in full. Once your pack has been generated, the service has been provided, so it isn’t refundable. If something has gone wrong with your pack, email us and we’ll put it right.
Is the price the same for TDS, DPS and mydeposits?
Yes. It’s £49 whichever scheme protects the deposit.
I have more than one dispute. Do I pay for each?
Yes. Each tenancy has its own evidence, deadline and pack, so each case is paid for separately.
What doesn’t the price cover?
TenancyVaults prepares your evidence. It is not legal advice, and you check and submit everything to your scheme yourself.
