A guided check-in, room by room, with the photos each room needs. It works with no signal and saves everything when you’re back online.
The tenant’s sign-off
Send the report for your tenant to sign or comment on, by a link you share or an email we send. Every step is recorded.
Inspections during the tenancy
Mid-term inspections show the earlier photo as a guide, so each view lines up with the last.
Check-out, compared
At check-out, each room is compared with check-in, and the differences you keep become a proposed deductions letter.
A dispute pack in one click
If the deposit is disputed, a dispute pack starts from the tenancy with its evidence already in it. It’s free when the check-in was completed and signed off and you’ve subscribed for six months or pay yearly; otherwise £29.
An email address for each property
Forward emails about a tenancy to its own address, and they’re filed with it, attachments included.
What it will cost
£4.99 a month or £49.99 a year for your first property, and £2.99 a month or £29.99 a year for each further property. These are our planned prices; we’ll confirm them when the Locker opens.

Can I prepare a dispute pack now?
Yes. Dispute packs are available today, with or without the Locker: start a case, upload your evidence and see how each deduction stands for free.
Will my dispute cases move to the Locker?
Yes. It’s the same account: sign in with the same email and your cases are on the same dashboard as your properties.
