What does TenancyVaults do?

It prepares your evidence for a TDS, DPS or mydeposits deposit dispute. It reads your inventory, photos and receipts, matches what the property looked like at check-in with how it was left, and builds the evidence pack you submit. It is not legal advice.

Which deposit schemes does it work with?

The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and mydeposits, for tenancies in England and Wales, custodial and insured.

How long does it take?

About 15 minutes for a typical case. Starting takes a couple of minutes, your files upload while you add your deductions, and the analysis is ready soon after the last upload.

How much does it cost?

£49 per case, paid once when you build your evidence pack. Starting a case, uploading your evidence and seeing how each deduction stands are free.

Will it tell me whether I’ll get the money?

No. It shows how strong your evidence is for each deduction, and where it’s thin, but it doesn’t predict what the adjudicator will decide.

Who submits the evidence?

You do. TenancyVaults prepares the pack; you check it, change anything you want, and submit it to your scheme. You’re responsible for what it says.

Where are my files kept?

In the UK, with Amazon Web Services in London. They’re used only to prepare your case, and you can delete a case and its files at any time.
